Teaching and learning is dynamic and progressive. This means that design and delivery of equipping programs must also be dynamic and progressive, especially as we engage new delivery approaches including online learning. This presentation identifies the key principles of effective teaching and learning that need to be considered in design of teaching delivery approaches. Whether in person or online, the effective educator will customize and make the necessary adaptations appropriate for essential teaching principle to be experienced by the learner.
